Have I posted this one lately? I'm a big fan of porn with mirrors, even when I'm the only one looking at the mirror.

Thursday Thoughts with Lane Hayes

It’s funny to write a piece on dreams when I had one of the weirdest dreams ever last night.  It was one of those apocalyptic types you really wish you could wake yourself from but you’re stuck.  Without going into specifics (because I probably forgot most of them anyway), there was a sense of having to leave some place in a hurry with only a vague idea of what would greet me on the other side.  If I had to interpret it, I’d say it might have something to do with feeling a lack of control.  In which case… welcome to my world!  I’m a control freak who hates being challenged by disorganization and chaos.  However, life isn’t always easily organized, is it?

Late Night Kink (NSFW)

True story - you don't always like the pics I post.
True story - sometimes I don't always like the pics I post.
True story - sometimes I just can't find anything that appeals to me on a particular night. Porn's like that.

This week's kink pics have all be curated by my partner in crime, the lovely Evaine, who seems to know different search words than I do, because I haven't seen any of these before. Thanks Evaine!

Goodnight Kiss

Monday Spotlight on Alexis Hall and Waiting for the Flood

Come and meet Alexis Hall and check out his latest release, Waiting for the Flood.  There's also a blog tour giveaway, so make sure to check that out.

Waiting for the Flood

People come as well as go.

Twelve years ago, Edwin Tully came to Oxford and fell in love with a boy named Marius. He was brilliant. An artist. It was going to be forever.

Two years ago, it ended.

Now Edwin lives alone in the house they used to share. He tends to damaged books and faded memories, trying to build a future from the fragments of the past.

Then the weather turns, and the river spills into Edwin’s quiet world, bringing with it Adam Dacre from the Environment Agency. An unlikely knight, this stranger with roughened hands and worn wellingtons, but he offers Edwin the hope of something he thought he would never have again.

As the two men grow closer in their struggle against the rising waters, Edwin learns he can’t protect himself from everything—and sometimes he doesn't need to try.

Alexis Hall was born in the early 1980s and still thinks the 21st century is the future. To this day, he feels cheated that he lived through a fin de si├Ęcle but inexplicably failed to drink a single glass of absinthe, dance with a single courtesan, or stay in a single garret.

He did the Oxbridge thing sometime in the 2000s and failed to learn anything of substance. He has had many jobs, including ice cream maker, fortune teller, lab technician, and professional gambler. He was fired from most of them.

He can neither cook nor sing, but he can handle a 17th century smallsword, punts from the proper end, and knows how to hotwire a car.

He lives in southeast England, with no cats and no children, and fully intends to keep it that way.
